Patient Portal Setup

• After scheduling an appointment, new patients will receive an email link to confirm their email address and create a Sadio account.
• Once confirmed, complete your medical history, current medications, allergies, preferred pharmacy, and other intake details from any device.
• Sign all required consents listed under the Appointments tab before your visit. A laptop, desktop, or tablet is recommended for this step.
• If you are an established patient, use the Sadio portal login button to access your account and review your upcoming appointment or paperwork.

Quick Portal Tips

Use a valid email address, keep your password secure, and complete intake information as soon as possible so your appointment runs smoothly.

Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t see the portal invitation email.
